How does
the mask work?

The Elevation training mask is a special training device for breathing and regulating the flow of air as you inhale.
Air passes through the Training Mask 2.0 multi-stage valve system, which creates additional resistance. When your body adapts to the air resistance of the Elevation Training Mask, your lungs are able to inhale more deeply, thus using oxygen more efficiently.
Training Mask 2.0 does not make changes at the molecular level, but your body adapts as if you were undergoing high-altitude training.

I bought a mask, and it arrived very quickly! Yesterday was my first workout with it. Right away, I felt the effect, an excellent thing for anyone who wants to improve! I do karate, and yesterday I trained with the mask. It was very difficult, but I pretty quickly got used to less oxygen. I really broke out in a sweat, especially under the mask! After I took it off, it was so easy to breathe that I felt like flying. That being said, apparently, due to the lack of oxygen, my muscles got a workout that felt like the equivalent of a week without a mask. In the morning I could hardly get up - but I still went for a run, and on the second day it was easier! Today I was able to run further than yesterday! In general, I recommend this mask to everyone!

After I won a discount for a mask I went right out and bought it! Thanks for the price cut!!! After just one 3 km run, I began to breathe through my mouth, as recommended by many athletes; before that it didn’t work! In general, I like it! Train on!
